(For the record, my mind was focused... but focused on 10 different things at the same time!)

 

Fortunately, I had patient influencers in my life who taught me how to focus my attention and intention into more productive and creative endeavours.

As a family feeling our way through this pandemic, we tried to make a habit of focusing on the NOW and on the things we COULD change in our present situation and I think helped get us through the worst of it.
